Through expert-led presentations, real case studies, and practical guidance on drafting ADR clauses, participants will gain a strong grasp of the structure, benefits, and application of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in both domestic and international contexts.

WIPO Intellectual Property Management Clinic: Leveraging IP for Business Growth and Globalization
This full-day, hands-on workshop is tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) aiming to use intellectual property (IP) as a driver of growth, innovation, and global competitiveness.
Through interactive sessions, case studies, and roundtable discussions, participants will learn how to identify, protect, and commercialize intangible assets—such as inventions, brand identity, and proprietary knowledge.
Key topics include:
– The strategic role of IP in business growth
– Practical IP planning and risk management
– Common challenges and best practices
– Success stories from Qatari businesses
– Using IP in digital platforms and e-commerce
The day concludes with an interactive strategy session, where companies will begin crafting their own IP plans. These businesses may then enter a follow-up phase to develop customized IP roadmaps aligned with their goals.
